We search for viable real estate assets with some aspect of under-performance history through GHVÕs network of local and national professional accountants, lawyers, environmental consultants, title companies, banks and investment bankers. A careful analysis is commissioned of not only the property, but also the surrounding market in which it is located. In addition, the best financial package for project development is developed, and risks and returns are discussed while examining market trends and regional legislative actions. A team of professional engineers, designers and contractors carefully consider project costs, and a development timeline is carefully considered as part of the due diligence process before a property is acquired. Once the acquisition is completed and project work begins, those same team members begin the actual work.
