Principals

With over five decades of combined experience in all areas of real estate investment, redevelopment, financing, leasing and management, each of the two GHV partners is directly involved in their specific area of project responsibility.

Paul Cooper, Esq.

As a principal of Green Holland Ventures, Paul is in charge of all leasing and sales, and coordinates all legal representation and documentation while playing an active role in acquisitions and financing. As a partner at Lighthouse Real Estate Ventures for the past 13 years, Paul has participated in the restructuring and repositioning of over 4 million square feet of office and industrial property. Previously president of a New York investment firm involved in the acquisition of over $150 million in real estate assets, he is also a former investment banker who engineered the sale of over $350 million in non-performing assets for financial institutions throughout the United States.

Paul graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Psychology, and received a J.D. from Fordham University. He is a member of the New York Bar, a real estate attorney, and a licensed New York State real estate broker.

Louis Sheinker

As a principal of Green Holland Ventures, Louis oversees GHV construction and management with an active role in property leasing. As a partner at Lighthouse Real Estate Ventures for the past 13 years, Louis has participated in the restructuring and repositioning of over 4 million square feet of office space and industrial property. Louis' professional expertise spans property management, maintenance, construction, leasing and disposition. Formerly president of Sheinker Wasserstein Realty Services, Inc., Louis managed a $100 million portfolio, plus properties owned by Green Point Savings Bank, Bankers Federal, Fourth Federal, Crossland Savings, Bank Leumi and Republic National Bank.

He has a Bachelor of Science from Ithaca College, and is currently a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York State.

Director of Real Estate

Adan Elias Kornfeld

As the Director of Real Estate for Green Holland Management, Adan is focused on the sale and capitalization of all property typesincluding industrial, office, multifamily, mixed-use and developmentthroughout New York City and nationally. His current responsibilities involve business development and acquisition sourcing, helping clients strategically solve problems within their portfolios as well as developing plans for their assets.

During the course of his career Mr. Elias Kornfeld has completed or participated in over $600 million worth of investment sales transactions. Prior to joining Green Holland, Adan was Vice President of Meridian Investment Sales where he focused on sales and financing within the greater New York City area. Earlier, Mr. Elias Kornfeld was a member of Colliers International’s New York Capital Markets & Investment Services team, led by Richard Baxter, Yoron Cohen and Scott Latham, where he focused primarily on the sale of institutional assets in the office, industrial and development sectors in Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs.

Mr. Elias Kornfeld holds a B.B.A. from Florida International University where he attended the Honors College.He is also a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and sits on the events committee for American Friends of Rabin Medical Center.
